Back at the start of the summer we announced the 2011 Next Pilates Anytime Instructor Competition.
The prize that Zayna won was a trip to California where she filmed two classes for Pilates Anytime, attended the 2011 Pilates Method Alliance conference in Palm Desert and took part in a photo shoot with Pilates Style magazine. Zayna is featured in the January / February 2012 edition of the Pilates Style magazine.
The first class is a mat class that is deliberately paced and is level 1/2. The second class is a fun, musically oriented class that explores standing work while challenging your powerhouse and your balance.
