.What originally motivated you to try Pilates?
My Pilates journey has been an incredible experience. I moved to Colorado in 1997 and immediately jumped on the fitness bandwagon. I became a certified personal trainer and I also became addicted to tennis. After years of pounding on the tennis court and bounding in boot camps, I suffered a foot injury that required surgery. My tennis club has a beautiful Pilates studio, so I thought I'd give it a try while my foot recovered....I immediately embraced the practice and I am now a STOTT certified Pilates Instructor and I own my own business! My tennis game is also better than ever!Your favorite Pilates exercise?
