A Wellness LifeWhat originally motivated you to try Pilates?I originally "found "Pilates as I had a low back injury and my chiropractor at the time recommended a combination of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and Pilates work. After just one session I remember saying "this work will heal my body, and I need to learn how to teach this." I felt amazing!
