What originally motivated you to try Pilates?
I originally "found "Pilates as I had a low back injury and my chiropractor at the time recommended a combination of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and Pilates work. After just one session I remember saying "this work will heal my body, and I need to learn how to teach this." I felt amazing!

The last thing you bought and loved?
A fitness fashion bag from a company called Physhion. It is a pocketbook/workout bag/ mat holder all in one! I absolutely love it!

In one word, describe your first Pilates experience?
HEALING

Your favorite Pilates exercise?
Open leg rocker!

Your favorite website (other than Pilates Anytime)?
TRX Training

Your favorite workout clothes?
Lululemon

How did you hear about Pilates Anytime?
I was on another Pilates website and I saw the banner ad on the side in a Google search.

The last song you downloaded?
Not one specific song... the new album by Daughtry.

Do you practice a particular style of Pilates?
I was trained classically in Pilates but I love variety and options of different styles as well.

How do you use Pilates Anytime?
For educational purposes as well as for my own personal practice!

Do you have a motto?
Yes, I do! Do what you LOVE to do every day of your life... otherwise, what's the point?

The living person you most admire?
Susan Sly, because she overcame a serious health issue and her life crumbled apart before her eyes but she still picked herself up, moved on and went on to become a very successful entrepreneur, business woman and philanthropist who helps other women do the same!

What do you appreciate most about your body?
The fact that I'm in my mid 40s but I actually feel a lot younger than what my age is. I am forever grateful for this work and how it saved my body from years of overuse and past injuries. I will practice Pilates for the rest of my life!

An indulgence you would never forgo?
My green tea latte from Starbucks!

The book on your bedside table?
There are a few actually.. but The Have it All Woman by Susan Sly is always referenced! Also, Jesus Calling by Sarah Young and Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

What was your most memorable journey?
To date this was spending time in San Diego, California with my husband and son 2 years ago.. It was part business, part pleasure and I truly believe it changed my son's life forever. He met some very influential business people with more heart than he has met in his whole life thus far!
