I originally "found "Pilates as I had a low back injury and my chiropractor at the time recommended a combination of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and Pilates work. After just one session I remember saying "this work will heal my body, and I need to learn how to teach this." I felt amazing!The last thing you bought and loved?

The fact that I'm in my mid 40s but I actually feel a lot younger than what my age is. I am forever grateful for this work and how it saved my body from years of overuse and past injuries. I will practice Pilates for the rest of my life!An indulgence you would never forgo?

To date this was spending time in San Diego, California with my husband and son 2 years ago.. It was part business, part pleasure and I truly believe it changed my son's life forever.
