Pilates Anytime is honored to be able to support Julian Littleford, owner of J. L. Body Conditioning, as he announces his upcoming Arm Chair Teacher Training at his studio in Del Mar, California. Julian is a Distinguished Instructor who has done an amazing Arm Chair Workout here on our site.

If you are an instructor interested in learning more about this apparatus and how to teach its use, come to Julian's studio this Saturday, July 28th, 2012, to learn from a master. If you can't make it this Saturday, then Julian plans to offer another on September 8, 2012. Mark your calendars!
