Do you practice a particular style of Pilates?I have merged the foundation of my Phi Pilates education with knowledge gained from self study and workshops, which include the teaching from many school of Pilates, resulting in a contemporary approach.
How do you use Pilates Anytime?To view other instructors' thoughts on and interpretation of Pilates exercises, to enjoy new ideas and new exercises, to gain knowledge from presenters and elders and to inspire creativity in my teaching practice and my personal Pilates practice.
