Simply Balanced Pilates and YogaWhat originally motivated you to try Pilates?I joined a fitness club after the birth of my daughter to get back in shape. Having suffered back and neck issues for a long time, I needed a softer, gentler way to ease my way back into exercise. So I tried a Yogalates class, a blend or fusion of Yoga and Pilates and soon found that it was the Pilates part of the program that I liked most of all. I've been doing Pilates ever since.
