I joined a fitness club after the birth of my daughter to get back in shape. Having suffered back and neck issues for a long time, I needed a softer, gentler way to ease my way back into exercise. So I tried a Yogalates class, a blend or fusion of Yoga and Pilates and soon found that it was the Pilates part of the program that I liked most of all. I've been doing Pilates ever since.In one word, describe your first Pilates experience?

The syllobus of my training program is classical and closely related and based off of the program from the Pilates Center in Boulder, Co.How do you use Pilates Anytime?
I use it as a teaching tool for my clients. Being able to view the classes online gives me the opportunity to discover new skills and acquire the knowledge needed to keep my classes fun, informative and challenging.Do you have a motto?
