I came from a dance background and was extremely hypermobile and lacked strength. My mum had started Pilates in order to rehabilitate a neck injury and enrolled me in reformer classes to help with my strength for ballet.Your favorite Pilates exercise?
Feet in straps on the reformer. Nothing feels nicer on my hips and legs than an exercise than combines stretching and strengthening in the same exercise. How did you hear about Pilates Anytime?
