We are very excited to welcome Kyria Sabin as a distinguished instructor to Pilates Anytime.

Kyria is a protege of Ron Fletcher and the director of Fletcher Pilates International. As a student of Ron's since 1991, Kyria initiated the first state-licensed Pilates teacher training program in Arizona. This became the precursor to the Fletcher Pilates® Program of Study®, an international Pilates school representing one of the most rigorous programs of its kind in existence. Kyria begins her time with us by sharing a Reformer class featuring 5 Fletcher variations on the Universal Reformer. Still to come is the debut of a Ped-O-Pul class as well as an introduction to the Towel Work, a signature of Fletcher Pilates. In coming weeks it will also be our great pleasure to share with you a discussion between Kyria and Kristi about Ron Fletcher as a man and teacher as well as the work he developed throughout his life.
