Santiago de Compostela, SpainWhat originally motivated you to try Pilates?
I was a Fitness Instructor, for a long time and I decided that eventually I should stop jumping and doing many clases a day, like indoor cycling, aerobics, step, etc. I started learning Pilates while I was teaching fitness classes. Now I am so happy and know I made a very good choice. And I get to keep doing what I love and that is teaching. I should say that there's a great difference; Pilates is a way of life. The last thing you bought and loved?

and you also have to breath in a certain way to speak clearly and correctly, so it took time for me to learn just how to breathe properly.Your favorite Pilates exercise?
