    Gift Certificate Expiration: When do the Gift Certificates Expire?

    A Pilates Anytime gift certificate can be redeemed at anytime up to one year after it is purchased.

    If a 12 month gift certificate is purchased on December 1, 2010 then the gift certificate can be redeemed on any day up to and including the November 30, 2011.

    If the gift certificate was redeemed on November 30, 2011 then the one years service would be provided from November 30, 2011 until November 29, 2012.

    Gift Certificate Delivery: What delivery options exist for Gift Certificates?

    Pilates Anytime gift certificates can be delivered by either emailing or printing.

    If you wish to deliver the gift by email then when you purchase the gift certificate you will be prompted to enter the recipients email, write a message and enter the date you wish for the email to be sent.

    You will receive an email receipt immediately and a copy of the gift certificate email when it is sent.

    If you wish to print the gift certificate and deliver it personally to the recipient you have the option during the purchase process of personalizing the certificate and printing it out.

    Redeeming a Gift Certificate: How Do I Redeem a Gift Certificate?

    If you have received a Gift Certificate to Pilates Anytime, there are a few ways to redeem it.

    New Members

    If you don't have an existing account with Pilates Anytime, then you can enter your Gift Certificate code during Step 1 of the sign-up process, by checking the box "I am redeeming a gift certificate, or I have a coupon code" after which the option below will appear. Please enter your Gift Certificate code here even though it says Coupon Code.


    Active Members

    If you have an account with Pilates Anytime that is paid for with a credit card or a Gift Certificate, you can apply your Pilates Anytime Gift Certificate by following these steps:

    1. Logging in and click My Profile in the upper right hand corner of the screen

    2. Select the Payment Settings & Info tab.

    3. The third option in orange on this page is to Redeem a Gift Certificate so click that and enter your code in the space provided.


    Inactive Members

    If you used to have an account with us but cancelled it or it was closed, you can redeem a Gift Certificate by logging in with your existing email and password and entering the Gift Certificate code during the restarting process.


    PayPal Active Members

    If you pay for your Pilates Anytime account through PayPal, please email contact@pilatesanytime.com to redeem your Gift Certificate. Please include the Gift Certificate code in your email so that we can redeem it for you.
