How does the tool used in this video work with a forward head or kyphotic posture? Also where can we get that tool? I'm not sure I'm getting the pelvis pulses that are to release the psoas? Great class, thanks

In the pulsing, are we pulling with our heels to get the lower back to lengthen? I wish that I were there so that I could get him to look at what I was doing...

Beth, Krista, Lydia . . . finally, I found my way to the Comments page on the PA site! Great questions regarding the pulses of the pelvis (releasing the myofascia). In order to activate the lower spine strengthening the psoas has to soften which occurs withe the pulsing action - an internal connective tissue massage. This action takes practice to get the lower back to lengthen rather than compress . . . more later. I am inspired to return to the site to teach!
