Magic Circle Workout -
This is a level 1/2 class that will challenge the important muscles that stabilize the pelvis (the glutes, hamstrings, abdominals). There is a balance component as well as attention is places on posture. A little over half way into the class, we move to the floor to focus on the abdominals and back extensors.
