Mat Workout - This class has it all! Challenging exercises that are taught in a methodical way, descriptive cueing, a little stretching, finishing with a standing balance to set you on your way. Practice exercises like Neck Pull, Single Leg Teaser, Climb a Tree, Leg Pull Front, Leg Pull Back and Double Leg Kick. (Filmed August 03, 2010)

I liked the deliberate pace of this class! The class moved quickly through the exercises, which was fun! Also having you instruct but having another instructor to watch- Mary who was in front closest to the video. Love pilatesanytime.com!!!
