Postnatal Mat Workout - Congratulations on your new baby! It can be a challenge to get back into shape post pregnancy. Each of the three participants in this class all have babies under the age of 2 and have limited time to workout. This class is designed to be quick and effective. Bring back the awareness to your core, develop more strength in the abdominals and pelvic floor and lengthen structures that "mommyhood" make tight. (Filmed January 02, 2011)

I just hit 4 weeks postpartum and this was my first pilates workout since around 37 weeks. Great class with a reminder about the basics to keep in mind as I continue to advance back to my pre-baby workouts. Thank you!
