Mat Workout - Monica starts this intermediate level class focusing on connecting our upper bodies to our Powerhouse to learn how to approach the rolling exercises more efficiently. Using a Spine Corrector as a tool for opening your chest and connecting your shoulder girdle to your breath you'll begin to see the importance of a strong yet flexible upper back. Work deliberately, to develop the important skills needed to advance your work. The second half of class utilizes the skills throughout the movement patterns. (Filmed May 05, 2011)
