Mat Workout - Join NIedra for this fun and challenging mat class, which is made "vertical". By taking all the mat exercises and doing them standing up the exercises take on a whole new level of challenge and the physical priorities shift enormously. This is a great way to explore new ways of challenging your body once the mat work has been mastered well. (Filmed June 06, 2011)
