Loosen up, become more mobile, feel the energy begin to flow as you allow yourself to move more freely in your body. Practice exercises like the Foot Work, Tower Prep and Tower, Hip Opener, Magician, and Hanging Back all in an effort to feel more open and easy in your body. (Filmed December 20, 2011)
