Wunda Chair Workout -
In this Wunda Chair class, Leah Stewart explores creating flow and connectivity with a fun, challenging, yet feel-good movement sequence. The class emphasizes movement diversity, which includes torso and arm coordination during the Footwork, variations of the Full Pike, Jackknife and Swan exercises, and a warm-up that incorporates plenty of spinal articulation and added hamstring engagement to the abdominal exercises. The goal is to move around the Wunda Chair and simply go with the flow! Enjoy!
