Mat Workout - A fundamental workout that takes less than 30 minutes to do and will show you that you can get good deep connections using just fundamental exercises. Enjoy the clarity of Karen's cues as you discover (or perhaps rediscover) the beauty, depth and challenge that exists in the fundamental exercises. This is one you'll want to repeat. Karen is my new favorite instructor; I'm so inspired and her teaching has invigorated MY teaching! Also, I just want to say I almost cried to see a beautiful, talented mover and instructor whose body looks more like mine! All body sizes can be beautiful when they are graceful, strong and healthy.
