Mat Workout - This class focuses initially on freedom of the body. Begin by taking the time to check in to your tension patterns consciously trying to let them go then, move into more controlled deliberate movements focusing on form. It is a deliberate class, intending to help you examine your common movement patterns so you can find new depth and challenge to each.
