This was a bit harder than it looks!! Loved adding the small weights esp for the ab series. It really wakes up the postural alignment... thanks Amy.. you always do such wonderful classes. Could you come back and do a longer toning class with the balls or light weights?? Maybe a standing routine with some mat added?
