The lighter spring in the middle on the STOTT reformer would be consistent with a blue spring. A red spring on a Balanced Body is one full spring. For the same setting you should choose the middle spring and one of the outside springs. That being said, as all equipment and springs feel slightly different, you should choose a spring that feels comfortable to you and allows you do move with precision and control. 3 mos ago |
