I wasn't feeling up for a high-intensity, strenuous workout the other day, so I tried this and absolutely LOVED it. It was exactly what I needed, and will definitely come back to it on those days when I'm feeling pretty tired but still want and need to get some exercise in.
Hm I didnĀ“t like this one. She stops the class and talks a lot and many of the movements are not properly explained. Also many exercises are quite weak...
