Julie ~ The company that hosts our videos, Brightcove, had a power outage at one of their servers that has affected all of our East Coast customers. The videos should be working fine now but they seem to be working best in AUTO-DETECT. If that still doesn't work I would suggest restarting your computer or refreshing the page.
