I love her - and the class! Just great. Elegant. And a good workout. As an ex-dancer that has done so much floor barre, this was a lot of fun!

I actually liked that this didn't have super fast cardio barre work. This was fun and I will have clients try the teaser with beats etc!

Wonderful Class! As an adult returning to the world of dance- I look for great classes like this to work my turnout and other muscles needed for ballet. This one is a favorite!

Beautiful class!

I liked all the variations. I do not come from a dancing background so many were new for me! Really flowed nicely with the traditional Pilates exercises. I like this type of "barre" exercises much more than the other popular ones I have tried.

Thouroughly enjoyed your class and your teaching style.
