Emma, you might want to try it a few more times, because I think sometimes when you are just learning some of the new stuff you aren't able to really get as much from it because you are focusing more ontbe pattern? Try it and think of the same principals you do on the machine. That you resist each movement even though you have no weight attached. Hope this helps!
