About Zayna Gold
Primary Teacher Training: Balanced BodyZayna Gold was the winner of the 2011 Next Pilates Anytime Instructor Competition. The prize for winning the competition was a trip to California where she filmed two classes for Pilates Anytime, attended the 2011 Pilates Method Alliance conference in Palm Desert and took part in a photo shoot with Pilates Style magazine. Zayna was featured in the January / February 2012 edition of the Pilates Style magazine.
Zayna Gold has been teaching group fitness classes and Pilates privates since 1982. Zayna's primary certification is with Power Pilates and she is also a Balanced Body Faculty member. Since 1998, she have been exclusively teaching Pilates Mat classes, Group Apparatus and Chair classes, as well as seeing privates clients. Zayna is based in Boston and in 1989 she founded Boston Body Pilates which now operates out of four locations. She also holds an annual Pilates retreat in Mexico.
