How to Disable Ad Blockers

Loading...

Although we never show ads of any kind, ad blocker extensions keep our video player from tracking video views. This means we can't record which videos you've watched, and you can't resume a video where you left off.

There are many different ad blocker extensions. Most ad blockers give you the option to exclude specific web sites. Here are general instructions on how to disable an extension on your web browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu icon (three dots) at the top-right corner of the browser then choose More tools > Extensions.
  2. Uncheck the box next to Enabled corresponding to your ad-blocking extension.
  3. Refresh the web page.

Firefox

  1. Click the menu icon at the top-right corner of your browser and then select Add-ons.
  2. Click the Disable button corresponding to your ad-blocking extension.
  3. Refresh the web page.

Safari

  1. Click on Safari in the menu bar and select Preferences.
  2. Click on the Extensions button in the Preferences window.
  3. In the list of extensions, navigate to your ad-blocking extension and toggle the On button to Off.
  4. Refresh the web page.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click the gear icon to open Tools and select Manage Add-ons.
  2. Click on Toolbars and Extensions, located in the left navigation pane.
  3. Right-click on your ad-blocking extension, then click Disable.
  4. Refresh the web page.
