What if the Live Class isn't playing correctly on my device?


Please make sure you are logged into your account using a supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and that the web browser is up to date. If you are using our iOS or Android app, try restarting the app.

The video will display between 5-10 minutes before the class start time. If you do not see the video player and class is about to start, try refreshing the page. If the video pauses during class, also try refreshing the page.
