How do I pause my subscription?

Step 1: If you are not logged in, Log In to your Pilates Anytime account.

Step 2: Go to My Account > Payment.

Step 3: Click on 'Cancel or Pause My Subscription.'

Step 4: Click 'Pause My Subscription,' and select the duration of your subscription pause.
You will not be charged while your account is paused, and any paid days remaining before you pause your subscription will be automatically transferred over once you restart your account, moving your normal billing date back.
Members who have paused their accounts within the last 30 days will be unable to pause their account until 30 days have passed since their last pause.

I am a PayPal user who needs to pause my account. I see that the instructions are to cancel and reactivate when I am ready. However, will my playlists, favorites, and purchases of special content still be available if I cancel and then reactivate?
Sarah ~ Unfortunately PayPal does not give us the option to pause accounts so canceling and then reactivating is the only option. When you reactivate, all of your history and favorites will be saved so you won't lose anything. Please email us at if you have any questions.
If I cancel my account today will I still be able to watch until my paid month is up?
Brittany ~ When you cancel your account, you still have access to it until what would be the next charge date. You will be able to use it for the entire 30 days for which you have paid. We hope you are enjoying our videos!
If I paused my suscription, the paid workshops on my account can be seen during the pause?
