How often do I need to take Pilates classes to see results?

Pilates Class Timing
The following quote from Joseph H. Pilates says it better than we can. "In ten sessions, you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference, and in thirty you'll have a whole new body."
A whole new body in 30 sessions may be an exaggeration, but the good news is that you can expect to feel taller, more elongated and more energized after just one class. But don’t stop there! To maximize results we recommended that you take class a minimum of two times a week.
We offer a wide range of classes both in length and level. You can vary both components however you like so long as you practice with awareness and consistency.

Does this answer your question?

Should I do this daily or every other day? I'm starting with video #49 mat progression 1/10.
Hi Michele, Most of all listen to your body. If you are just beginning Pilates but have been active otherwise, you may find you benefit more from doing Pilates 3 days a week. Most teachers tend to say a minimum of two. The people taking the progression that you are taking came twice a week. I hope you are enjoying the classes and are already feeling great.
