How often should I do Pilates to see results?

A whole new body in 30 sessions may be an exaggeration, but you can expect to feel taller, more elongated and more energized after just one session. But don’t stop there! To maximize results we recommended that you practice Pilates a minimum of two times a week.

Should I do this daily or every other day? I'm starting with video #49 mat progression 1/10.
Hi Michele, Most of all listen to your body. If you are just beginning Pilates but have been active otherwise, you may find you benefit more from doing Pilates 3 days a week. Most teachers tend to say a minimum of two. The people taking the progression that you are taking came twice a week. I hope you are enjoying the classes and are already feeling great.
