How do I cancel my subscription?

Pilates Anytime Subscribers

If you signed up on our web site, and pay us directly with a credit card or Paypal, follow these steps (see below if you subscribe via Apple):

1. If you are not logged in, Log In to your Pilates Anytime account.
2. Go to My Account > Payment.
3. Click on Cancel or Pause My Subscription.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you wish to have us cancel your account for you, you can call us at (424) 241-0269, or email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com.

If you decide to reactivate your account while the cancellation is still pending, you can go to My Account > Payment and click Re-Activate My Account to restart your account right away.

Apple Subscribers

If you pay for your subscription via Apple (you signed up from our iPhone, iPad or Apple TV app) please use this link for instructions on how to cancel your subscription via Apple:

I cancelled my subscription a month ago, yet today i had a payment debited off my account? And now it seems i can easily log in? This after i cancelled my subscription. I cancelled because i couldnt afford it anymore, now this money being takem again after cancellation has placed me in a difficult position! Please advise?

Hi, I'd like to cancel my account but I've just been billed on the 22nd Sept for another 4 weeks. If I cancel today, can I still use the account until the next payment due or is it best to cancel just before the next billing date?

Kiran Sandhu ~ When you cancel your account, you will have access to your account for the remainder of the pay period so you can cancel it at any time. It will close at the end of the pay period and you will not be charged again. Please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com if you have any questions.
