Overview

Session 1: Michael King - Spine Corrector

Michael will be teaching a 55 minute class using the spine corrector. Enjoy this workout put to music guided by one of the most talented teachers in our industry.

Break

Session 2: Malcolm Muirhead - Mat Class

Malcolm brings his great personality and talent as he leads you through a 55 minute mat class sure to inspire and challenge you.

Target Audience. This workshop is intended for Pilates professionals and Pilates enthusiasts wanting to learn from two excellent Teachers. We will assume everyone in the workshop has experience with Pilates and is in good physical condition.

Continuing Education Credits (CEC). No CEC's will be offered for this series of classes.

Filming. These classes will be filmed by Pilates Anytime. As a result the schedule may fluctuate according to filming requirements. Participants will have the choice of being on or off camera.

Snacks. Some water will be provided during the afternoon break and possibly an Easter Egg Hunt afterwards.
