Sometimes going back to basics is exactly what I need to get myself back on track. I usually do level 2/3 or 3 but I havent been able to motivate for a few weeks. Today this workout was exactly what I needed. Great for a beginner or for someone who wants to focus on some fundamentals for the day OR for a lazy bird to jump back on the wagon after Thanksgiving. I forgot just how hard the basics can be. Great class!
Agree with you there Jeanne! Fantastic kick back in to a Pilates challenge. This class brought some of that focus back that I didn't realise I had lost. Thanks Meredith
