Phew, this is quite challenging (this was one of my first level 2 workouts on PA). I also thought this was closer to moderate pace than to deliberate, as it requires some pretty quick transitions between poses.
Rolling to standing is so difficult for me. I can only do so with ankles crossed rather than parallel. Such has been the case for a half dozen years now. I don't seem to do it any better than when I first took this class in 2013!! How do I make progress towards the parallel position to standing?
Great class, though not able to do it perfectly yet. I have one question , as when on the side there is one leg I can’t raise up, I tried using a block under my standing hand , but didn’t help.... if you have a tip I could practice 🙏
