So good. I have to say, Meredith, that I've been doing your classes for more than three years (with a few breaks in there). You can't tell, but it is flat-out amazing that I can get through a class like this (with a few wobbly bits)—which is something I never dreamed I could do back when I started with Pilates Anytime. Hats off to you and everybody at Pilates Anytime.
