I’m still new to Pilates Anytime but your instruction is one of the best I’ve experienced so far. What makes it good is clear cueing such that I don’t have to watch you all the time to know what to do. That’s truly important in a format such as this. I enjoyed the exercises and the flow and level of difficulty. Going to be a regular in my repertoire.

Maria’s videos always get me out of my head and into my body so quickly! Very mindful movement with precise cues. I appreciate the fact that she doesn’t talk too much, strikes a perfect balance. Simply Cannot get enough of her videos.
