Great quick class! I have a Merrithew reformer with a cardio-tramp board so I appreciated the conversion from cords to springs, it would've been great to know the conversion (i.e. 2 cords equals a red spring) throughout the class. Thanks!
Really enjoyed this workout,especially since I have been doing all my favorite workouts from Pilates Anytime using my Aeropilates reformer. This one packs a great punch in a short amount of time, just what I needed today, Thx Amy...
