A pilates plan

Hi. I have an allegro 1 reformer at home. I spent some time with an instructor but found it both cost and time prohibitive to continue. Pilates Anytime is an amazing find! I have been doing random mat and reformer classes for a couple of months. I also do yoga. As I progress in fitness, I was wondering if there might be a little less random way to go about choosing the classes to ensure that I am strengthening and developing a balanced physique. I believe Pilates and Yoga will bring me long lasting strength and health as I age. I often hike on the weekends in the mountains for 8 to 12 miles at a time and have concerns to keep those muscles strong and flexible. I have been keeping the levels at 1-2 and 2. Well...thanks for hearing me out and I would appreciate any advice in devising a plan in choosing the classes on Pilates Anytime.
Kimberly ~ Thank you for your forum post. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying our videos on Pilates Anytime. The easiest way to make a plan is to fill out your preferences with the equipment you have and the teachers/types you like and then after you have saved this, you can go to the Recommended Classes to see what matches your preferences. I hope this helps.
