Hi, I am lucky enough to be going to Europe next year (Holland, France, Nth Spain and possibly Switzerland) and am wondering if anyone can recommend any english speaking instructors in these areas? Or even a mulit day Pilates based 'retreat'? Thanks

Hi Anne--I am an American Polestar instructor based in Bern, Switzerland and teach my classes in English. I did some training at BodyVita studio in Amsterdam and all of the trainers there spoke great English--I think that in Holland it will be not be a problem to find English instructors. All of the major cities in Switzerland should have at least one or two studios that offer an English class. Enjoy your trip and feel free to contact me if in the area!

Thanks for your replies. We will be staying near Toulouse for 4 weeks during our travels, if you know of anyone near there that would be great!
