Hi! I am new to Pilates other than taking classes at my gym. I do the mat classes on PA and do not have any equipment. I am having a hard time doing the rollover and the corkscrew. Any suggestions for how to modify or a class that I should watch to learn how to do it? Thanks
Jill ~ Thank you for your post. Here is a tutorial that may help you with the Rollover. For the Corkscrew, I recommend keeping it small by just making circles with your legs, and then starting to do the full Corkscrew when you are more comfortable with the Rollover. I hope this helps!
