Second question: Did you obtain a land use permit or just not worry about it? I am in the process right now, but am hoping all of my neighbors will be okay with it as no one has ever complained. Just don't know if I should try to speed through the process or try to drag it out as long as possible. A cop friend told me that if anyone complained then I would most likely receive a warning before any fines, etc. were incurred. However, I am trying to be as legit as possible with my business. On the other hand, I really don't want to open up a can of worms if it is going to put my business at risk due to someone potentially opposing the permit if they live within 500 feet of my home which is the required square foot area of notification according to the county.
