I have a 56 active male client, runs, tennis, swims and been participating in studio pilates for the last 8 months. Flat back, tight hamstrings, not very flexible, he has been pushing through pain running and compensating by changing his gait when running. He presented with new pain in lower abs area and groin, finally went to Physio diagnosed with Osteitis Pubis. Would love your thoughts on what exercises would be beneficial? I appreciate abduction work not great, straight line work more beneficial and not to load core too much. Really concentrating on connection pelvic floor to transverse, imprint, pelvic curl, chest lift with feet on floor, heel slides, cad single leg press, lift and lowers, cad feet grounded arms 1-5, reformer leg and footwork....
