I am 5'3" and have a 2014 allegro w footbar that has 4 positions and the carriage has 4 positions ( that works great for me). I want to upgrade to the reformer/trapeze combo that you can get the revo footbar or the standard footbar. I have read that the revo springbar can roll and disconnect and be dangerous according to the balanced body website description of the footbars. What situation causes the springs to disconnect and is this a real common issue that I should worry about? Or is the standard footbar and no roll springbar a good choice for me a 5'3" sole user for this reformer?
