Tailbone discomfort with roll back work.

Hi I am wondering how to help some of my clients with mat work doing half roll backs causing great discomfort with their tailbone? I have suggested doubling up the mat to create more cushioning but that does not seem to help. This particular client has a very definite sway back. Are there any modifications for this?

Place 1 or 2 small pads under either sit bone, but not under the tail bone. Also good for Rolling Like a Ball. A deviated coccyx is something I have come across before (which may be the case here).

Also try a ball or soft block between the knees if having legs together irritates the tailbone or sacroiliac joint.
Thank you so much for your advice. I have tried the small pads with my clients and it seems to help! Thanks again!
