Hi everyone, I really hope I get some input here! :) I have a new client that is a below the knee amputee but has a prosthetic that allows him to be barefoot. He is 6'5 and also has tendinitis in both shoulders and a partial rotator cuff tear in one shoulder. He has been cleared from his physicians to participate in Pilates, but honestly I am struggling to find positions that are both comfortable, tolerable, and effective for him. Any input on how to perform any exercise on any piece of equipment would be much appreciated. I should also add that I am a Physical Therapist Assistant as well and have reached out to some of my fellow PT's but haven't had much luck since they aren't well-versed on the equipment. Thanks in advance!
