Hello instructors! I'm 7 wks PP after a difficult pregnancy (she was 9 lbs 10 oz!!) I was an advanced student before my pregnancy and practiced all the prenatal videos here until my third trimester. I have clearance to exercise and my dr said I don't have problematic diastasis (which is a miracle given the size of my baby, right?) Dr said I could do anything that felt right to me at this time.
I'm just wondering if I should go to level 1 or 1/2 without modifications right away or if there are exercises that I should avoid even if I don't have diastasis.
