Hi! I practise Pilates to assist my lower back since it's the weakest part of my body. I'm looking for a short (~20min) workout to specially adress the lower back to help strengthen that part of the body through Pilates in addition to doing other types of sport.

Manuel ~ Here are all of our classes that focus more on the back. Some of them are to manage pain but others are meant to strengthen the back. The description will tell you which type of class it is. I hope this helps!
