Have a new client who has a very bad case of scoliosis. Would love to get some suggestions on a safe, useful program to use for her. Appreciate any help.
I have worked with a few people with scoliosis. It is important to know which is the concave side as you want to work on stretching and lengthening this side. Also, some exercises where they are rolling on their spine may cause pain. Once they are strong then they should be able to all of the exercises. The only ones I ever had an issue with were rolling with spring resistance.
Have a new client whose had scoliosis surgery. I'm just getting her after a couple of years of her surgery. She is in her early teens and had a very bad c-curve. Any recommendations and on exercises post surgery. Currently working on lengthening and strengthening. She a freshman in college and super active. Ideas on ways to challenge her but also staying on the path lengthening.
Would love to get some suggestions on a safe, useful program to use for her.
Appreciate any help.
